Update- found the solution. New watch, my activities are gone, I don’t know how and I can’t add them back the screen is black aside from the + then add then copy & edit. I don’t know what to do?

After saving last activity, suddenly all data erased and language is changed to English. No other languages than English on FR245 are available to change.
