Yesterday I selected a new Garmin Coach workout program, gave it all my data and let it calculate my initial workout. As usual, it started by assigning a benchmark workout, and it set it to be yesterday, i.e. the same day I was selecting the program. I had just completed a 10k run that day, so I moved the Benchmark Run to today. It moved correctly, and this morning I went out and ran it, selecting it on the watch as Today's Workout, and completing the three steps of the workout. I saved it normally and it shows up in both "My Day" in my phone app and in Activities in Garmin Connect, as a completed Benchmark Run.
But in the Garmin Coach tab on the phone and under Training Plans on Garmin Connect, the Benchmark Run shows as the 'next workout,' with no acknowledgement that I have completed it, and no next workout assigned for tomorrow. I have synced several times, including connecting the watch to the laptop. Garmin Express shows that I have synced.
I have completed multiple Coach programs in the past, and never had this problem before. The only thing different I can think of is that I moved the first Benchmark workout to a different day before starting the program. Is this a known bug? I move workouts all the time, but might not have moved the first one before. Is there a way to force it to recognize the workout.
