No Training Status & Exercise load after Strength trainings

Hi everyone, 

My issue is the following:

  • I gained my Training status once I completed 2 running activities during a week.
  • The following weeks I didn't run at all, but started performing regular strength trainings 3 times a week.
  • My training status kept decreasing (Productive -> Maintaining -> Recovery -> No status) 
  • I noticed that probably it's connected with the absence of Exercise load which is somehow not getting counted - whether or not there is anaerobic/aerobic effect.

Is there any special setting to enable Exercise load calculation?

Or is it a bug?

  • You need to check the change in Training Status > Training Load before and after strengthening exercises. Based on my experience, the Training Load by strengthening exercises is far less than running activities where the heart rate is much higher. Let's say, by running you earn 100-200 training load points, then with strength one you only earn 50-100 or even less like 10-20.

    The "Exercise Load" you pointed out might be not able to determine because your exercises were not strong enough.
