As far as I can tell, the displayed VO2 max estimate is a running [sic] average of estimates from your recent activity history. How many activities or how many days of activity are included in this average?
At the moment, my VO2 max is trending downwards, even though my running activity has stayed fairly constant. I am wondering if this is because the very productive spell I had in July has fallen out of the running average (I was injured in August so there is a step change in my running at that point). I normally run three times a week.
