Make the Intense Cardio Badge Zone 3 and Above

I did 55 minutes of intense cardio and earned 7 minutes toward the badge?!?! I think the issue is that this badge should be zone 3 and above instead of making us keep it at zone 3 because there's no way to monitor that very well as we are doing the cardio...
