Over the last months I've had multiple reports from users that they don't get any popup on the phone to sign in. All reports of this seems to have been from iphone, and it is usually resolved by restarting the watch and phone.
It's quite bad, as it's not obvious for the user that the login is supposed to pop up in garmin connect (my current messaging on the watch is "sign in on your phone").
Maybe I can improve the messaging, but it's problematic that this seems to have become a common problem, especially as this is the users first interaction with my app, and it usually just results in them uninstalling as it is "not working".
