With introduction of Garmin Pay, I am starting to add a new payment option for some of my apps. The system is not flexible enough to just add Garmin Pay to existing apps, so I'll publish a copy of an app, with the same functionality but Garmin Pay as the payment provider.

The idea for this app is simple:
- Use only large fonts, so that all data are visible at a glance (hence the name of the app: Glance )
- Put as much data on the screen as possible, without sacrificing font size above
- Make all data fields customizeable to your needs
- Make colors customizeable as much as possible, so users can create their own design

Currently, this is not possible and that is why I said that as a workaround, I can set the icon colour to black, which is the same colour as my background and then the battery icon will be effectively invisible for me. However, it is still there, so the 56% text is off-centre in that metrics field and it looks weird.

What I mean by, I want to have the metric centred is not that it currently it is not centred. I know it is, but currently, what is centred is the combination of text and icon.
As part of my request, if you ever implement the option to actually remove the icon, as an option, and only display the text, then that text needs to be centred in the metrics field. That is what I meant.

I understand, no need to draw. Thank you for the suggestion, I'll keep it in mind.

Would it still be possible to display notifications on the HANDY IQ watch face like on the Glance watch face?

That little box with the number inside that only appears when there's a notification.

I've always really liked that.

It is already possible in HANDY and EAST series in a few different ways:

Use Notifications metric. Icon changes to a solid color when notifications are present. Plus, you can setup "Attention required color", and color will change too.
Use Notifications bar
Use Status metric and set "Replace Status with Notifications when present"

I'm aware of the notification bar and the colors; I've configured it that way in HANDY IQ.

I was wondering if there's an alternative option, using the notification bar like in Glance.

That's still easier for me to see.

If that's too much work to add, then the notification bar is fine with me too.

You mean "Notifications box" in Glance.

Don't overlook the option to "Replace Status with Notifications when present" - it works very similar to Notifications box.

Hi. I installed the Glance Dual Screen on my Instinct 3. And had your Hydrate app previously installed. How do I get the water scale image on the watch face? I’m am getting the pop up.

Thank you for the advice.
I have now found a good attitude for the notifications in the Watchface Handy IQ for me.
However, I have just found that the Wecker data field does not open the widget when the data field is touched.
With other data fields such as weather etc., this works perfectly.
Is it wanted that the widget cannot open when the alarm clock data field is touched?

Could you include the rounded steps after 10k field in Handy IQ and Eady+ please? I recall this field is in Ultra but not in Easy+ nor Handy IQ.

Suggest to tweak the rounding to floor. Eg 10455 steps to show as 10.4k for step goal accuracy purpose.

What is "Wecker"? If it is an alarm, Garmin doesn't have a complication for alarm, so it is impossible to launch it at the moment.

I use rounded steps in Glance because I have to remove icon to show steps after 10K - some people don't like it and prefer to see icon all the time.

EASY series doesn't have this issue - steps still fit in with icon present, so I'm hesitant about adding more settings. I'd need a few more people requesting it, so I'll keep your suggestion in mind.
