The bug has existed for years... Usually it happen when application isn't completely loaded - calling function from initialise(), onStart() etc. Maybe only during the first run after installing.or updating. code only in text, forum restriction...

debug.xml shouldn't contain some data, especially by default

Sometimes the scrollbar appears as it should, sometimes it doesn't. When scrollbar doesn't appear, if you switch to the Devices tab and back to the SDKs tab, the scrollbar appears. Seems like this might be due to a race condition that only occurs...

I just got message from SDK Manager, there is an update. I am let upgrade it, the file time is changing but after restart there is the available update message again. Its create an old_executable file that is exactly the same size like the new sdkmanager...
