Sometimes the scrollbar appears as it should, sometimes it doesn't.
When scrollbar doesn't appear, if you switch to the Devices tab and back to the SDKs tab, the scrollbar appears.
Seems like this might be due to a race condition that only occurs on startup (maybe something to do with fetching the list of SDKs from the internet).
