SDK Manager update never finished

I just got message from SDK Manager, there is an update. I am let upgrade it, the file time is changing but after restart there is the available update message again.

Its create an old_executable file that is exactly the same size like the new sdkmanager.exe. Actually with auto update it is never ending and also cannot use the program.

Windows 11.

Delete the program is not helping, also need to clear the registry or whatever the program store the settings but I did not find it. That folders is deleting but the upload start again and again. Somehow with delete the new folder I can break the infinite loop and set the update to notify, so I can use the program again but every time when I start it say there is new update.

Delete the executable and old_executable and then redownload the SDK Manager from https://developer.garmin.com/connect-iq/sdk/. I'm not sure what happened but we'll look into it.
