(Likely a firmware issue) FR245(M) firmware 5.20 no longer transmits calories to connect iq watch faces

I've got several reports that the calories counter stopped working (value remains at 0) as of FR245 firmware version 5.20 (and I see it also mentioned in the release thread https://forums.garmin.com/sports-fitness/running-multisport/f/forerunner-245-series/243376/forerunner-245-music-sw-5-20---live-to-100 ) .

So most likely this is a firmware issue, can you direct the device team to this issue? Thanks.

i reset the watch and automatically has 5.20 versión, how can i install an previus good working versión. thanks

there's a beta available where this issue has been fixed, see forums.garmin.com/.../beta-245-series-sw-5-32

- (alternative) install an older version of the firmware eg 5.0 which does not have this issue. if you don't have this firmware rollback update you could ask the forerunner team or the support team.
