Connect iq store: message placeholder not replaced

Got the following contact message

Hi, i don’t know why, but i cannot install the face it appears the following message on top of the installation button.   Toy_store_minimum_firmvare_message

Thanks peterdedecker. I don't suppose it's possible to find out what mobile platform and CIQ Store mobile version the customer is using, is it? I've reported this to the mobile team for investigation, but I'm concerned there's not enough information to get a clear picture about what is happening.

I'd like some clarification on this because the comments here are ambiguous. Is this occurring in the Connect IQ Store mobile app, or on the web store? I assume it's the former, but I want to be sure so it can be reported to the proper team. I'm also curious whether we know what device(s) individuals are using that see this issue peterdedecker.
