Connect iq store: message placeholder not replaced

Got the following contact message

"

Hi, i don’t know why, but i cannot install the face it appears the following message on top of the installation button.   Toy_store_minimum_firmvare_message

    But the message is presumably appearing in the Connect IQ store app (on OP's phone), not on the device itself?

    Or do you mean that when the Connect IQ app talks to a device with beta firmware, this type of message appears? I find that hard to believe, but I haven't experienced this myself, so idk. I have seen others complain of this issue, but I never looked into too closely. (Wish I had links to some of those threads now.)

    Strange. These untranslated messages usually appear in beta firmware, but then it makes no sense that the firmware needs to be upgraded. But I would try to send the user to upgrade to the latest firmware
