Connect iq store: message placeholder not replaced

Got the following contact message

Hi, i don’t know why, but i cannot install the face it appears the following message on top of the installation button.   Toy_store_minimum_firmvare_message

    Thanks . I don't suppose it's possible to find out what mobile platform and CIQ Store mobile version the customer is using, is it? I've reported this to the mobile team for investigation, but I'm concerned there's not enough information to get a clear picture about what is happening.
