Connect iq store: message placeholder not replaced

Got the following contact message

"

Hi, i don’t know why, but i cannot install the face it appears the following message on top of the installation button.   Toy_store_minimum_firmvare_message

    I'd like some clarification on this because the comments here are ambiguous. Is this occurring in the Connect IQ Store mobile app, or on the web store? I assume it's the former, but I want to be sure so it can be reported to the proper team. I'm also curious whether we know what device(s) individuals are using that see this issue .
