With introduction of Garmin Pay, I am starting to add a new payment option for some of my apps. The system is not flexible enough to just add Garmin Pay to existing apps, so I'll publish a copy of an app, with the same functionality but Garmin Pay as the payment provider.

The idea for this app is simple:
- Use only large fonts, so that all data are visible at a glance (hence the name of the app: Glance )
- Put as much data on the screen as possible, without sacrificing font size above
- Make all data fields customizeable to your needs
- Make colors customizeable as much as possible, so users can create their own design

Great watch face! I'm not sure if you are aware but the month option does not seem to be available as a data field on my Descent G1, only the date field which does not include the month.

Is pulling the tides status an option? That's something we use heavily as divers.

To fit the app in limited memory on Instinct / G1, several metrics were removed. I might re-introduce the MONTH later as it doesn't use much memory.

Tide status is not provided by Garmin, so it is not easy to implement. That would be a separate project all together.

This is (pro version!) almost perfect. Can You add date gormat DD.MM or DD.MM.YY?

News update:

Garmin just released a big firmware update to a lot of watches. Most watches on the System 5 waiting list were updated, so System 5 metrics (like Body Battery and Stress Level) will work on them now. Use Garmin Express to speed up the firmware update.

I bought Epix 2 watch (for a ridiculous amout of money ), so I can better test and support watches with AMOLED screens. As a result, a big update is coming to the Glance Pro app! There will be new colors and a beginning of a better AOD display setup. Also, STOCK fonts are coming back to Glance Pro and look gorgeous ! There are a lot more features in the work, so stay tunned

I'm on all the betas of my Fenix 7 and your apps always worked excellently. 8.18 for 2 weeks and all OK.

You have my fav watch face, but i’m not sure what “distance” means? can i please get an option for weekly run km ?

Garmin doesn't provide it directly, so it is not easy to calculate

Really enjoying the flexibility of the watch face, thanks for your hard work. Can I ask what the symbol next to the time is on the central part of the screen? It looks like a small circle with a line in the middle. It’s just under the Bluetooth icon.

Having used it for a bit now, your watch face is excellent, I really like the fact that the choice of data you can display in the various fields is far greater than the limited choice you get with some of the Garmin faces. And in fact playing with the various settings with the app, and then seeing how the display changes on the watch is the only way I've managed to decode what some of the icons are, as I've not found a list of the various icons in the Garmin manual, so well done!

Could I ask if it's possible to add a leading '0' in front of the Custom Time, especially when it is set to UTC, please? Although Garmin seem to think there is such a thing as 'Military Time' in the General watch settings, where the time is always displayed as four digits before 12:00, having spent a long time in the military, this is news to me! They also miss out the ':' in the Military Time display, which in my experience is not what is done. I now work in commercial aviation, where all time is referenced to UTC (or 'Zulu' time as we call it) and the correct way to display UTC time is to always use four digits, and a colon, so times before 12:00 should have a leading 'zero' (for example 7:23 am, should be displayed as '07:23' in UTC)
