GLANCE WATCH FACE app won THE BEST NEW WATCH FACE APP OF 2022 ! At the Developers conference Garmin announced nominees and winners for the best apps in different categories. Glance Watch Face was nominated and won in the best new watch face category Slight smile! The idea for this app is simple:
- Use only large fonts, so that all data are visible at a glance (hence the name of the app: Glance   )
- Put as much data on the screen as possible, without sacrificing font size above
- Make all data fields customizeable to your needs
- Make colors customizeable as much as possible, so users can create their own design

Paid versions are identical to the free version (so no worries, FREE doesn't mean bad!), but have a lot of extra features features:

    Love the watch faces. I started with Glance Pro and was happy to pay when the trial ran out. I just switched to Big Easy to see if I can utilize the two screens. I do have one feature request. I use timers a lot. Is there any way to show the timer counting down on a face?

    I have been using the Glance watch face on my fenix Chronos for a couple months, and it doesn't show the temperature, nor the time of sunset, and the seconds don't typically change on it. I'd love to know what I can do to correct it, as I really like what you've put on the watch face. I tried to upload a photo of my watch face, but no success.

    I love your watch face, but as of yesterday the heart rate and steps count field I have on the watch have text that says INVALID UNLOCK.  Any ideas what could be wrong?

    To be clear I paid for the app unlock, and have the correct code in the garmin express settings.

    Please message me directly through "Contact Developer" about unlock code issues. Please do not reply here.

    However, in short, there are only a few possibilities of why the unlock code seemingly "does not work":

    • Misspelled code. It is always one word, no spaces.
    • Correct code, but entered in the settings of a wrong app (I see this all the time). Codes are not compatible between my apps, each app has its own code.
    • App settings were reset by Garmin (but that would say NO UNLOCK).

    If code is entered correctly in the correct app, it works 100%, no exceptions.

    NEW! I released a new Universal App. It is compatible with watch face complications, so it can be launched directly from a watch face (System 6 and touchscreen required):

    At the moment Universal App can be launched from Glance Dual Screen (v 2.1) only (besides launching it normally), but compatibility is coming to all my watch face apps. To launch from the watch face, press and hold area on the left side of time.

    Universal App has slightly reduced functionality compared to Universal Widget. Arc bars and colors selection are removed. If you already bought Universal Widget, you don't need to pay for Universal App - just use the same code.

    Give it a try! I myself realy enjoy the results. It basiclly adds a few more data screens to your watch face. Also, I set Universal App to use a different Weather provider from watch face, so I can get another view in one touch Slight smile!

    Have I missed something,  launching from my app on watch but not getting complications to work as it does on my usual big easy watchface?
