GLANCE WATCH FACE app won THE BEST NEW WATCH FACE APP OF 2022 ! At the Developers conference Garmin announced nominees and winners for the best apps in different categories. Glance Watch Face was nominated and won in the best new watch face category Slight smile! The idea for this app is simple:
- Use only large fonts, so that all data are visible at a glance (hence the name of the app: Glance   )
- Put as much data on the screen as possible, without sacrificing font size above
- Make all data fields customizeable to your needs
- Make colors customizeable as much as possible, so users can create their own design

Paid versions are identical to the free version (so no worries, FREE doesn't mean bad!), but have a lot of extra features features:

    Giannix, I absolutelly agree. There is no place for comments like these here. Jim should have messaged me his "guesses" directly, not on the public forum. I asked him AND moderator to delete those comments (I'm eager to delete mine as well, as soon as those are gone).

    From technical point of view, there is no value in any of those posts. I'm not sure why Jim assumes I don't know some trivial things about development - I hope he just misjudged the tone of his comments, but who knows. I don't want to "guess" Slight smile

    I can't find alarm time in Garmin API - there is only alarm count. Do you know any other 3rd party app (non Garmin) that shows it?

    First of all let me thank you for creating wonderful product which users can use absolutely free! The idea with quick colors change is absolutely brilliant and should be present in all watch faces! Few suggestions for improvement I came across by now:

    1. Add an option to use mmHg as a pressure unit. I believe in many countries it's used more often for weather tracking purposes.

    2 . That's more "would be nice to have" like feature - ability to change font for hours/minutes in order to make it more round-ish.

    I'll try to add mmHg in the next update.

    About fonts. At the moment the app uses watch built in fonts only - for everything, time and metrics. In my future apps I might add some custom fonts for the time too. No ETA yet - too many distractions lately Disappointed

    Hi as everyone is attesting it is a great watchface! My question for you is about battery drain experience … I have all options that you suggest  that will use battery drain off … so what would be a percentage usage of battery per 24 hours? Any other hints you can advice to maximize the battery

    Hi, the only thing that would affect battery are "always on seconds" and "always on heart rate". There isn't anything that would consume much battery - the app doesn't have background processes, it doesn't use internet.

    You might have other apps installed on your watch that WILL affect your battery, esspecially widgets getting data (like weather) in background from internet sources.
