You must not run above your heart rate of 155bpm for more than 20% of your total run. Example: The run lasts 100 minutes. 20 minutes above 155bmp is the threshold. It will be a basic run under 20 minutes.

I have no source. Experience and constant staring at Connect. A lot of my runs were borderline and I didn't know why one run was a threshold run and the other was a base run.
I ran a very similar run today as a controlled lactate threshold test and no update.
