I now was finally able to update to version 15.19 with garmin express application. Have been stuck on 13.21.
Only strange thing is i am enrolled in beta program an thought i would get an update to 16.12 instead of 15.19 as soon as an update is available.
But at least i got the update provided to the last known stable release build.

Software version 15.19 has been made available, so anyone who syncs through Garmin Express should now be able to update their unit to that version. If you would like to enroll in our Beta Software program, you will need to update to 15.19 first, and then follow the steps in Enrolling in and Learning About Garmin Beta Software Program.
