Hi! I have the issue with the battery of my Germin Venu 2. When the battery is 37% the watch turns off and on the display shows 0% of charge. Could you please give me some advice to get rid of the issue? Thank you.

Hello, Unfortunatelly this is happening with many of us having the Venu2 (similar problems reported also for Venu2s).
After an update at about Jul. the watch will shut down after a first warning at ~30% or without any warning at all.
Since than, many updates went down but the problem persist. Additionally the battery capacity is declining fast also.
In my case, from a 7 to 8 day battery life I have at most 3 days if I`m lucky with the same usage pattern. My watch counted 2 Years of lifetime in Nov.
Please see a few from the number of threads discussing the issue:

Some users had luck with sending back the watch under warranty, others are reporting problems with the watch also after the warranty repair.
How old is your watch? Does approach the 2 year lifetime?
Do you have the sudden battery drop also? (from 80-70% to complete shutdown in a few hours)
I have the ~40% issue as well. Pretty in the dark with the whole situation if I'm honest, and really annoyed that Garmin keep dishing out the same battery saving responses.
The cherry on top for me is I am an APAC user I guess, because I'm deep down in Africa. So I only get watch updates a month or longer after the Garmin rep here says it's on 100% of devices.
I'm still on firmware 15.21 and now 17.04 is out.
I've resorted to disabling the sp02 sensor to give the watch a bit more life. Losing 40% of the battery has been a real pain. Next I may leave it in perma battery saver mode.
My watch is 2y old. The battery decline was steep, not gradual. One week it was fine, the next dying at 40%.
