After update to 16.13 bug is still present in my case.
After wake up from sleep I see sensors but when I hit Ride after 10 - 20 secodns sensor are gone :(

I have provided 500mb of ant logs and pointed out where the issue has occurred in all the logs via email/garmin file uploader and this forum. It is 100% reproducible.
It is about time this MAJOR issue…

Don't give them any permissions, they are not gonna do anything, it is useless. I have been writing with them for 3months, have had 3 tickets UNSOLVED, it is only waste af time. They actually do not believe that the bugs exist, they have excuses only. I gave them permissions to check my account but they asked me about evident and primitive questions anyway, questions which they could have seen for themselves from my account. Btw how can I ban them to see my account now that I know they cannot (and do not want) to resolve my problems?!

Agree totally with what you are saying, Garmin requested ANT Logging/ANT RX TX.
But this is a 100% reproducible bug, if Garmin engineers cannot reproduce it there is something seriously wrong.
Anyway I have since moved on to 17.09 firmware.
Thank you to those working with us on this. It is not 100% reproducible, which is why the ANT logging is greatly helpful to investigate this. I have contacted several individuals in the thread who have provided helpful data.

The same issue with lights: Bontrager ion rt pro/flare rt. Disconnect, error after several minutes after fresh pairing. 16.13/17.09
It is 100% reproducible. I already had ANT Logging/ANT RX TX turned on and looked back in the log files for last Sunday when the issue occurred

I told you all, they cannot or they do not want to help us anyhow. I am very very disappointed about THE SUPPORT OF THE PREMIUM PRODUCT. Only weeks and months of writing and excuses. I signed up for BETA just to be HELPFUL, I gave all data, all permissions but Garmin-Maeve did nothing and stopped communication.
Guys can you try turning your unit on, pairing sensors and leaving it on for about 10mins before riding off? My disconnects have been happening been about 2 and 10minutes in from starting riding. Ive done this in the last 2 rides with no disconnects. May not be a permanent fix but just needs a bit of pre-planning before you ride off. Obviously check everything is still connected before you ride off. Can you see whether this works for you and report back?
Yes, I have been giving for months....BTW there is a BETA update which seems to have even more bugs, it cuts your battery life to 1/4. Perfect. Maeve just stopped communicating, I provided all data they wanted and now silence for many days
