Fenix 7 Pool Swim is Giving No Distance

Thanks. It looks like your HR was significantly lower on the first and third swims. Do you think this was incorrect (I’ve had that issue) or were you swimming at a slower pace?

yes I swim at a slower pace and HR was right. I usually have lower HR in normal life (Resting heartbeat ) and also in all sports activities. for example my average day HR (out of sports)  is about 53 and 45 during sleeping.

I unboxed my Fenix7 Sapphire Solar 4 days ago, updated it (7.24) and today went for my first swim. Had the same issue: no distance, lower heart rate as it should be, no stroke rate info or anything. I stopped and saved the workout and started a new one - still nothing. Did not try the restart nor reset tho. Auto-rest was disabled, pool length was 50, stroke detect: on (default settings). Any feedback or patch would be greatly appreciated.

my experience ... restart watch then swim activity – all was working well, records length and distance and others + I used manual lap button for rests which was working well too
