Fenix 6 Bluetooth pairing initializing stuck and fail to pair

Fenix 6 Bluetooth pairing show initializing struck(Like below picture) and fail pair

I connect with PC that can't find in Garmin express.

I already reset and hard reset.

I already do following Garmin Connect App Bluetooth Troubleshooting , but not connect.

How i Solve it?

My Garmin detail
Sw version : 24.10

ANT/BLE/BT : 6.15

Adding on that, I know it's only been 24h, but everything is fine on my replacement. Paired, Wifi, Golf Sensors, wrist-motion sensors, all working on 14.36. it holds!

I am sorry you continue to have an issue.

If performing a soft reset by holding down your top left button until your watch shuts off followed by a reset to defaults does not correct the issue, you will need to reach out to Outdoor Product Support.

I am sorry your friend has an issue with Bluetooth pairing. If it is the exact same issue that is seen above, then the soft reset will take the watch out of that mode. As for additional troubleshooting that can be done, please refer to this article:

Sadly all the posts where you are posting do not provide a good solution for the author and maybe for you. So contact Garmin Product.

I saw if watch temperature is less than 15 degrees Celsius and after restarting it, the bluetooth work

but after a while, bluetooth not work

and my friends watch was exposed to the sun for a long time and it work
