Faulty unit after 19.20 firmware OTA

Hello, on Friday the 3rd I updated to version 19.20 and after doing an activity I started to skip a storm alert more than 10 times. I did a soft reset and the problems started. I attach photos (I am in contact with the sat but the hard reset does not solve the problem either).

Since your watch shows the Tactix display design, I assume your watch needs to be replaced. The topic "my fenix shows the tactix screen" has been discussed here in the forum a few times. You should contact the support.
