Solar charging stopped working

my solar charging is not working anymore since one week on my fenix 6x pro solar.

is it a hardware failure ?

i did two hard reset, still not working.

All days are sunny days. Last time it worked was on July 6.

The only thing I can add is that I own a Fenix 6X Pro Solar. I do all the updates. I have never ran into the issue. Same goes for teammates

If basic troubleshooting does not work to resolve a solar charging issue, then that Fenix 6 series solar watch has a hardware issue and must be returned to vendor, warranty exchanged through us…

The guy from the support told me it"s a hardware issue. But if you still have your watch, you can try and tell us if it helps.

To be clear on any solar charging issue:

If your solar charging has stopped working, and if neither the Soft Reset (hold down your top left button until your watch shuts off, then let go) or the Full Reset within your System > Reset menu resolves your issue, your Fenix 6 Solar series watch must be warranty replaced through your regional Garmin Product Support as a hardware issue.

For anyone that has had their solar charging stop working, no amount of backwards tracking on the software has resolved the issue when other users have tried.

I've personally disabled updates, still on version 13.1. I'd rather not update and have to continually send the watch in for 3-6 weeks at a time. My last replacement was within the DOA period but now I'm not. If Garmin don't fix this soon be it via an update, recall, hardware update whatever, it'll be the last time I ever buy a Garmin watch.

I am sorry if you are experiencing an issue with the solar charging. It is incredibly frustrating but please note, there has not been any direct tie-in to a software update that we have seen.

My 6 pro solar just stopped solar charging after the latest update. Day of - poof, no charging any longer.

Ive rebooted, fully reset and erased all settings. Still no charging.
