is it a hardware failure ?
i did two hard reset, still not working.
All days are sunny days. Last time it worked was on July 6.

The only thing I can add is that I own a Fenix 6X Pro Solar. I do all the updates. I have never ran into the issue. Same goes for teammates

Same issue with mine. Working completely fine until I did the latest software update, then nothing. I was told this morning by Garmin I am the only one, no other reports of this fault. It’s surely got to be a software fault if I’m not the only one. Did anyone else get a fix?
Yeah the fix for me was taking it back for a replacement. It's kind of concerning that after all this time, it's still an issue. What software version are you on? I'm kind of scared to update it now. EDIT: I've just confirmed I'm on version 13.10 on my replacement.
Thanks for the update. I’m on 15.20.0.0 I installed it about 10 days ago and pretty much straight away it stopped working. They are offering me a new watch but only if I send my current one back then wait 5-10 days for them to process, then wait for a new one. Might sound ungrateful but I’m currently trying to sort my dads funeral so if there’s any way I can avoid additional hassle and get the current one working I would prefer that.

Hi. Not wishing to tempt fate but mine is now working again after two resets. It sounds like garmin might have a number of issues going on. With mine I know exactly when it installed the update and I can see from the solar graph it literally stopped working at this point. Would be a very strange co-incidence for the hard ware to fail at precisely the same second. Sounds like garmin know they have a hard ware issue too so are just very quick to dismiss any calls for help and link it to that.
So you did 2 full resets ? But one after the other (i mean, just after) ? Or did you wait before the two ?
I'm still waiting for an answer from the support so.. i'm ready to test another things.
Oh no.. I have the same issue since 2 week ago :-( I really don't want to send it in... Are there any news from the ones having it 8 month ago?

Having the same issue, presumably also since (automatically) updating to 15.X
Support now offered me to send my watch back to Garmin, going to do this as soon as I am back to my home country (being abroad at the moment).
Seems like the replacement watches are all on older firmware versions (13.X) - maybe you can try to downgrade and see if this works?
