I have been using the R10 for a couple days now and my distances seems way off. Seems very club is approx 20yards short from the range? Is there anything that needs to be done with calibration?
I am sending you each private messages to gather additional details.
Another update from my side of the fence. Turns out I had version 3.20 when I was having yard shortages while hitting into the net, but having accurate yardage on the range. I updated to the 3.30 version…
Hello! Today we started to roll out software version 3.70, currently we are at 50% and will increase the % as time goes by.
Improved club path accuracy.
Improved attack angle accuracy.
Similiar problem for me, been using for a couple of days and all clubs are only recording 2/3 distance, checked the setup with a tape measure and spirit level and still the same problem. I have tried inside and outside and have the same results. Any help would be greatly appreciated
I'm having the same issues, if not worse. Driver normally goes 225. R10 reading 140. 7 iron is giving me my 9 iron or pitching wedge distances. I updated the software on unit today when I opened it before using. So it's on the latest firmware. Super disappointed. Going to be returning if they don't have a fix here quick.
Using is outside on a range and while playing the course. Distances are pretty accurate, just the club speed is low. Normally carry driver 275-285 and that is what the unit reads. Total is pretty accurate as well. I hit a 6i 200 and the unit is really close.
My setup is across a 3 car garage 9-10 feet from matt to net, and about 8ft behind matt is the R10. Everything short by long shot. Longest driver so far was 205 yds when I literally smash my driver, best club in bag. I admit that I am not a good iron player so I am taking that with a grain of salt. The 3W registers hits well past my driver which makes no sense when I'm hitting driver in sweet spot at 95MPH and still registering 175yd carries etc. I will try at the driving range and see if the same issues follow.
