"No Unlock Code" notification

It looks like you've accidentally created a new post as opposed to replying to an existing support post for the app you're interested in. Unfortunately, this happens a lot in these forums, but it's totally understandable.

If you want to reply to a post in the Connect IQ Showcase (or any another forum post), press the blue Reply button under the post, not the + New button at the top.

For example, to reply to this post, don't press the New button (crossed out in red), but do press the Reply button (circled in green).

Please vote for this bug report (Forum UX issue causes frequent misplaced support requests in CIQ Showcase) if you feel the forum user experience could be improved in this regard (e.g. by removing the New button when you're already viewing a post.)

We made a chance last week to remove the new button when someone is in a thread to prevent this confusion over creating a new thread vs. replying to a thread:

Okay, this is interesting. If I go to https://forums.garmin.com/developer/connect-iq/f/showcase/299580/no-unlock-code-notification/ I don't see the New button, but if I go to https://forums.garmin.com/developer/connect-iq/f/showcase/299580/no-unlock-code-notification/1454992#1454992 I do see it. I'll let IT know that it's still showing in some cases.

I am also having the “No unlock code” message on my Epix2 that appeared just after having updated to the 8.37 sw version

Any solution would be highly appreciated

As stated here before, you want to use "contact developer" for that watch face.  Chances are you'll need to pay to get the code.  You can also see if there is a specific thread here about that watch face.

It's worth noting that I clicked on the "Latest [x hours/days ago]" link next to the topic in the topic list, so this could happen to anyone. (Same with the "Latest" link for the forum itself.)

this code is because you have to pay for the watch face, go to connect IQ watch faces and pay
