GLANCE WATCH FACE app won THE BEST NEW WATCH FACE APP OF 2022 ! At the Developers conference Garmin announced nominees and winners for the best apps in different categories. Glance Watch Face was nominated and won in the best new watch face category Slight smile! The idea for this app is simple:
- Use only large fonts, so that all data are visible at a glance (hence the name of the app: Glance   )
- Put as much data on the screen as possible, without sacrificing font size above
- Make all data fields customizeable to your needs
- Make colors customizeable as much as possible, so users can create their own design

Paid versions are identical to the free version (so no worries, FREE doesn't mean bad!), but have a lot of extra features features:

    That must be a firmware issue on FR 945/955 - perhaps a failed attempt to show some notification overlay at the top of the screen (like "Move" for example). On Epix 2 "Move notification over a 3rd party watch face causes the screen to flicker, so it could be something similar.

    Hello there, I hope you are having a great weekend.
    Thanks so much this is brilliant watch face, I really love it (:o).

    Please forgive me if I share some requests that I feel really would be the icing on this marvellous cake…

    1. If possible I wonder of the weight of the main time font could be even heavier for my increasingly rubbish eyes?
    2. I’d love a power save option overnight; showing only time and the top+bottom fields? (Date & battery in my case).
    3. It would be also be so wonderful if the excellent pressure trend arrow was a touch bigger, it’s a wonderful unique feature.
    Perfection for me then would be if the move bar could affect the background colours, even during power save mode, so I can’t possibly miss it.

    Sorry to ask so much but will definitely be buying you some beers if you can do these things.

    Try Glance Pro - it has multiple font weight options.

    The battery used to get and display few more values is negligible on watches with non-AMOLED screens. On AMOLED screens you can just disable AOD during the sleep.

    Again, try the Glance Pro - icon sizes are better balanced there across all devices.

    Many thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Yes it is Glance Pro I am using / referring to. Thanks for explaining. I do think even bigger yet / oversize time on Glance Pro would be absolutely ace as I’m very blurry at night, if at all possible. I do appreciate though maybe it is not possible.

    Changing time size is pretty much the same as creating a new app - the whole layout must be rewritten as new time size pushes all other elements.

    Hi, I've started to have a really strange issue since the last vivoactive 4 update. When I wake up in the morning the screen is completely blank, and I have to uninstall and reinstall your watch face to make it work again. Any ideas what the problem might be?  Thanks.

    This is caused by the recent Garmin Firmware update - many other apps are crashing too:
    forums.garmin.com/.../file-not-found-error-suddenly-massively-appearing-since-yesterday
    Other users reported that resetting your watch helps (reset, not just reboot). If it doesn't work, please contact Garmin Support.

    Great watch face.  Finally an information-dense face that looks good on my FR255!  Just bought the Pro version

    Great, looking forward to it, I love fiddling with my gadgets.  So many options!  For the time being I think I've settled on APBEDBLBEGLDEJCJCEAPP, which works well on the Forerunner screen.
