With introduction of Garmin Pay, I am starting to add a new payment option for some of my apps. The system is not flexible enough to just add Garmin Pay to existing apps, so I'll publish a copy of an app, with the same functionality but Garmin Pay as the payment provider.

The idea for this app is simple:
- Use only large fonts, so that all data are visible at a glance (hence the name of the app: Glance )
- Put as much data on the screen as possible, without sacrificing font size above
- Make all data fields customizeable to your needs
- Make colors customizeable as much as possible, so users can create their own design

Hi,That was a Garmin bug that came up on some watch models. It was reported by a few other users and I created a workaround fix for it in the version 2.3. Please let me know if you still have a problem after the update. Thanks!

I put the explanation in the review reply, but here it is for the forum users:

FR945LTE has only 92K memory allowed for watch face apps, which doesn't allow me to load a second font. That is why the title of the setting mentions watches with the low memory: "MINUTES Font Weight - ignored for Stock font and on watches with low memory". You would expect that the high end device like FR945LTE would have more memory, but unfortunatelly it is not the case .

Also, as you might see from the setting title, font weight will not work with stock fonts - even hour font will always stay the same. Unfortunatelly Garmin doesn't have font "weight" option in their stock fonts.

Great upgrade, now the hour looks great - it's very consistent with the system.

Batery doesn't work on my Enduro, but maybe after some upgrade ...
I also have a delicate suggestion - if you could do to be able to display the time remaining to "sunrise / sunset" in the data field instead of "east / west" - this is a great option to immediately know how many hours and minutes you have until sunset :) (as in the dials tactical).

Yes, a lot of people asked me for these. I was hesitant because it is hard to mix and match fonts - stock font sizes vary on different watch models, but custom Roboto font is always the same. Then I realized that I shouldn't mix them (the way it is implemented now), and problem was solved !

It doesn't work on my Fenix 6X (always 0), but works on Epix 2 and Instinct 2, so the is hope. It was also the cause of the crash on some watch models - Garmin retuned NULL there, even though their documentation says it can't be NULL...

After a week of using Glance Pro, I can say that everything works great (on Enduro the battery consumption is a maximum of 2% a day - revelation).
If you ever manage to update with this time until sunset / sunrise - it will be perfect!

Love this watch face.

I have a question: I was testing the pro version and noticed that the stress levels that I see on the watch is different from what I see on the stress screen. Is this because they average over different time intervals?

Glance Pro shows the latest value in Stress Level history. Last time I checked, Garmin showed an average over an undisclosed period.

News: another update for Glance Pro

Added "Gradient" option for the background color under the TIME - check 2nd picture in the app description to see how it looks:

It looks great on watches with AMOLED screen, but some combinations are also looking good on my Fenix 6. I encourage you to experiment with it - this little option gives the watch face a completelly new look ! Took me a while to implement it too - not an easy task with Garmin limitations!
