The idea for this app is simple:
- Use only large fonts, so that all data are visible at a glance (hence the name of the app: Glance )
- Put as much data on the screen as possible, without sacrificing font size above
- Make all data fields customizeable to your needs
- Make colors customizeable as much as possible, so users can create their own design

Hi Guys,

I have a Vivoactive 3 and on this watch face in the top right field I have selected weather but all is shows me in the fiel on my watch is “N/A” and a symbol of an alien. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi, I'm glad you asked this question here, so we can communicate. Thing is, your question is answered in the very first part of FAQ in the app description. But, you are not alone in asking it - I get the same request every day, many times .

So, my question is, what else can I do to make this (and other commonly asked) information more visible?

Thanks. About your question - you probably already saw, VA3 doesn't support Garmin Weather API, so you'll have to wait for the new app with Open Weather to come out

Hi,

I absolutely love this watch face. But whenever I use this watch face, notification from my phone doesn't show on my watch, be it text or call. Is it just me or this watch face doesn't support this feature?

Notifications are displayed by Garmin system, not the watch face. Try contacting Garmin support about it.

I want to elaborate a bit on it. Once in a while I do receive messages saying that this app broke some other functionality. Here are a few that I remember:

- Notifications are not working

- Touch screen stops working after a while (only one guy though)

- Heart rate from a belt shown incorrect in Garmin Widget ?

As a developer, I can tell you that there is absolutely nothing in Garmin SDK that could intentionally cause any of the above - or even affect any other apps. Even if I would try to let's say, disable notifications, or touch screen, I wouldn't be able to - there are functions that do that. Notifications are controlled by your watch / phone settings, not by any 3rd party app.

However, it is possible that Garmin system works incorrectly while some applications running. It is next to impossible for a developer to fix (unless a problem is well know and workaround exists), so that is why I ask you to contact Garmin - it is their code that is failing...

I just wanted to follow up as I have seen 2 new watch faces that have an AOD display that is the same as the full watch face but dimmer (those watch faces are Epix2 MB and TenFields). Are you sure that the 10% limit you mention applies to the Venu 2? With the upcoming Epix watch and amoled screen, I think it will be advantageous to have a full screen AOD rather than a minimalistic AOD (may be even better if you could choose between the two).
