Current status of ERA?

It run not stable and rather not run .

today era has good day run for all app :) 

I know earlier in the week this week we had a couple of problems that contributed to ERA instability:

• The ERA was experiencing out of memory errors, and a fix was deployed to address it
• There were server issues causing 503 errors; this was addressed by Garmin IT

I've been keeping an eye on the various reports of ERA instability for quite some time, and it appears that there are several short-term, localized issues (such as a server problem) that over the long term give the impression there is an ongoing problem with ERA.

I check ERA everyday and from months it hasn't run stable. There was a few days without any problems.

8 hours age was good now again problems. And really don't know what is going on:

- there is an error

- you find solution

- the same error should be happen.

Only answer is that errors is not the same or ERA service changes.

For me it is not problem because my apps are fixed but for new apps/version I can understand people frustration.

The ERA viewer has never properly worked for me so far.. It either does not connect at all, says my dev key is wrong (it's not) or stays blank. I have to set my dev key specifically for every app, the default one is not used for some reason...

I think it would be a great tool, but for now, I haven't gotten it to work... 

It's worked OK for me since it was introduced, and I set it up as shown in the first post about it.  It might be that I only check ERA every few weeks (Most of my apps are stable and have been around for a long time)

It can be down for a few days here and there, but I've kept the same setup the entire time,

If you hear from a user that has a crash, you can always ask them to email the ciq_log file from their device.  That's what we did before ERA came about, and in fact can help, as you can ask the user what was specifically happening before the crash. 

I appreciate your loyalty Jim, but nothing will convince me that ERA is not broken.

I have had no sensible results for months.

Today I opened ERA from VSC.

Now, I just don't believe my the current version of app (however excellent!) has not crashed in the 3 months it has been released.

It is broken at times as Brandon has indicated in another thread, and Garmin is trying to find a fix.  Not sure what else can be done at this time.  But I do have some apps that haven't crashed in some time.

I think that receiving the "developer not found" message (above) indicates it's broken.
