For some months now, I have been unable to use ERA.
There have been several bug tickets and threads started, I have voted on and commented on at least some of them, most recently today... era doesn't work - Connect IQ Bug Reports - Connect IQ - Garmin Forums
But...
Clearly, this is something that only affects some users and we are clearly not a significant enough subset of the Garmin universe to get this ticket fixed any time soon.
So...
Does anybody have any workarounds that will allow me to some way view my ERA logs (assuming there are any) or at least to find out whether there are any ERA logs that I should be viewing (if I had access to them)?
Can anybody explain what the cause might be so that I can try to work around it?
In case it helps for debug info:
I am a Windows user in Ireland (this might be significant as I know _one_ of the fixes was to use an IP spoof to pretend I came from somewhere else).
