There was a communication breakdown that meant we had a mismatch in versions between our devices.xml and the CIQ version reported on some device firmware. This is what is causing the CIQ Crashing issues you all are seeing. We are building a hotfix for the SDK right now. It should be up within a few hours after verification of the fix.
