hi Jim, I installed the new SDK but no ERA in my meny and no Eclipse plugin available.

When you installed the SDK, did you also install the new eclipse plug-in?  That is what adds the CIQ menu in eclipse.

ERA is for ciq_log files that are automatically pulled from user devices (that came from the app store).

Sounds like you  have a music device and a mac.   They use an MTP format, and on a mac you need something like  AFT - https://www.android.com/filetransfer/ to access the device.

When I wanted to install the new plugin I was said nothing new...

In eclipse when you run help->about->installation details, it will tell you the version of all the installed plugins.  Do you see this?  The CIQ plugin should be a 3.1.3.

After investigation I found a refresh button and I was said update available, cause I was on 3.0 and now like your pictures. Many thanks
