Our engineering team is actively working on this issue. It has been given a high priority and we hope to have a permanent solution available soon.
A workaround that worked for me was change one of the planned workouts a little (added 1sec to a training) and then is wants to upload all planned workouts again. This solved the problem for me at least…
The solution is much simpler, and was mentioned many times in this thread, as well as in many other ones about similar topics. Simply add any dummy workout (it can be completely unrelated to the coach…
Update: As suggested by one of the post, I added one second to tomorrow’s schedule run on my Garmin app and synced again. Now the workouts for the rest of this week show up in the training calendar my…
I can't get the calendar uploads to work on my 920XT or 630. I see a notice under compatible devices that "this device may not support all workouts or features", which I know is BS because the workout program uploads worked just fine in the past. If this is a devious attempt to get all of us to buy new devices, it is backfiring! Why would I buy a new device if the program features that I expect to function are not supported. Especially if the programmers are going to pull the plug on them without warning. I can't get a new course that I created in the garmin connect website to upload either. I was going to pre-order one of the new forerunners, but now I am having second thoughts. If tragic software device issue is fixed, I may change my mind, otherwise, I will be shopping the competition. Very disappointing as I have been a very loyal and generally satisfied customer for years.
Can you provide an update - this was reported a month ago and as you state this has been given a high priority, I hope we are closer to a resolution
I have been having the same issue for months now!!!! WH
I have been having this issue for over 2 months now, what is the fix!!! This is so frustrating.
Having similar problem on both Fenix 3 HR and Edge 520. Workouts actually do show up under My Workouts but calendar just shows the download from garmin connect message.
Very disappointing, was looking forward to try the new auto sync feature against TrainingPeaks.
Same problem here - it has been over a month - very annoying - I would like my money back!
and another vote for 'when is this going to be fixed'; extremely frustrating not being able to use the calendar on my watch(es)
So today I figured that I'd had enough and if it was absolutely necessary I would try a hard reset to see if I could get the syncing to work and finally get my workouts to sync. I thought that I would give it one final go - an low and behold, syncing via a cable and my mac and the workouts feature now works (note: I had done this before and not just relied on the bluetooth sync from my phone and this hadn't worked previously)
Ultimately I don't know if this is the same for everyone else, but the feature currently seems to work... fingers crossed it will continue to work as it have been a right pain in the backside constantly checking my watch when I've been completing my workouts to check that I'm in the right zone/pace for the right amount of time - intervals have been especially interesting!
When do you think you will be able to get the old send to device button back ? cause your new feature is buggy
