Our engineering team is actively working on this issue. It has been given a high priority and we hope to have a permanent solution available soon.
A workaround that worked for me was change one of the planned workouts a little (added 1sec to a training) and then is wants to upload all planned workouts again. This solved the problem for me at least…
The solution is much simpler, and was mentioned many times in this thread, as well as in many other ones about similar topics. Simply add any dummy workout (it can be completely unrelated to the coach…
Update: As suggested by one of the post, I added one second to tomorrow’s schedule run on my Garmin app and synced again. Now the workouts for the rest of this week show up in the training calendar my…
This is really bad from Garmin. They reply 8 months ago that they will fix it and no response since. Garmin have always been poor when it comes to the software side of things but letting all their customer just try and make workarounds and suggestions for quick fixes for 8 months now, really isn't good enough. I have just bought a fenix 5X and FR245 music and can't sync my calendar. Can we have an update on the work you are doing to resolve things please Garmin?
I’m a little sad to say, but as a longtime Garmin user, it was time for me to move on. Rather than purchase the Fenix 6 Pro to replace my Fenix 3, I went with the Polar Vantage. I can’t support a company that just lets its consumers hang like this (I also picked up the Tag Heuer Connected....pricey, but AMAZING (and not really a comparable fitness watch, but still))
I suggest contacting Garmin through their support site using phone, chat, or email - https://support.garmin.com/. Though Garmin staff sometimes reply to messages on this forum, this is a user-to-user community forum.
Thanks for the recommendation. I’ve spent over a year with Garmin by phone and chat (probably about 50 hours worth) and countless emails (actually they were more helpful Through twitter than anything).
This board is almost 8 months old but still no solution?? Come on Garmin! Can anyone help us in this regard?
Thanks for the trick, works!
Hi all, I just had contact with Garmin and they told me that you need to install Garmin Express on your pc to sync those workouts to the watch.
Will try it this evening.
A solution - a variant of what has been suggested above - is to delete the training plan on Connect, then re-add it (simple enough if you're using a Garmin plan, but not so easy if you've spent ages creating one, I guess!).
I guess it considers that the plan has already been sent, and if nothing has changed, it won't send it again? But with watches only holding a month or so's workouts at a time, that's not really practical!
