Garmin Connect does not sync weight anymore with Apple Health

Hi,

I have just noted that since 29th of October Garmin Connect doesn’t sync weight anymore with Apple Health. I use always the most recent iOS version of Garmin Connect.

Does anyone else have the same problem and/or a solution?

    Same issue. Nothing since end of October for me… rather invalidates the point of having a smart scale of the data is locked into just one ecosystem… will need to look elsewhere for activity and body metric trackers, clearly

    This is very poor… as a user of two Garmin devices and an iPhone, the sync is pretty crucial to managing my training. This needs to be higher priority for Garmin

    Any news for a fix Garmin? The update beeing published is broken, please review an test before release updates..

    Weight has not been syncing since Oct 9 for me, and reinstalling Garmin Connect has not helped. I hope Garmin is addressing this soon. I’m looking into if it’s possible to get my money back. Without syncing to Apple Health I could have bought a cheap 20 euro scale and add the weight to Apple Health manually like I need to do now as well.

    2. Scale / weight data is showing up in Garmin Connect until today (Dec 12) but not in Apple Health since Oct 9 - even though in my iPhone (13 mini) I gave permissions to all options in Privacy and Security - Health - Garmin Connect.
    3. Last date my weight shows up in both Garmin Connect and Apple Health is Oct 9
    4. Yes, you may email me. The sooner this is fixed, the better.
    5. Yes, also permission to look into the account
    6. I live in the Netherlands.

    All,

    We are currently testing a fix for this disruption and hope to be rolling out a software release containing this fix soon.
