Garmin Connect does not sync weight anymore with Apple Health

Hi,

I have just noted that since 29th of October Garmin Connect doesn’t sync weight anymore with Apple Health. I use always the most recent iOS version of Garmin Connect.

Does anyone else have the same problem and/or a solution?

    I feel that nobody from Garmin is taking this issue as important..... Garmin care customer is getting worse with the time, and this answer, after a month, is a clear example.....

    Probably is a good time to move to another brands, like withings, that work perfect with apple.....

    Thank you for the update. I purchased the most expensive smart scale on the market because I trusted the Garmin brand. The Index scale was clearly advertised to work with Apple Health. That was a major factor in my purchase. That feature has been broken for almost a month. Someone at Garmin needs to take this issue seriously or refund my scale purchase. I’d prefer that the issue was corrected, but at this point I am not getting what I paid for and no eta for a resolution is unacceptable.

    This is happening to me as well.  Workout data syncs, then suddenly stops syncing.  Twice I have uninstalled the Garmin Connect app from my iPhone and added all my Garmin devices back.  Both times it started syncing workouts - for a day or two.  This morning it stopped syncing again.  Tired of doing this dance to uninstall, reinstall, reconfigure.  Please let us know when we can expect a fix.  Really prefer Garmin to Strava, but not if it doesn't sync with Apple Health.

    Since the 7th November Garmin connect is no longer sending workout data to Apple health.

    i have tried deleting and reinstalling Garmin connect but nothing.

    have even tried resetting all the permissions but still nothing.

    Using an iPhone 14 pro max on the latest iOS.

    For me since the 8th of November no sync between Garmin Connect and Apple Health. Seems support doesn't pick up this signal.

    I expect nothing from Garmin for a long time and yet they manage to dissapoint me.

    Time to get rid of this last piece of Garmin hardware and be done with this company. They should hire the team that attacked them in 2020 with ransomware so hard Garmin paid the ransom, that people already have the data and are probably are way better at any kind of engineering that Garmin themselves.

    They got hacked?
