Index Scale no longer connects

Has anyone fixed this yet?

I‘m unable to connect to WiFi.
Tried all the suggested fixes splitting the WiFi signal, using the stick, using hotspot, resetting etc.

Something clearly happened a couple of weeks ago.

Come on Garmin the forum is littered with dozens of similar posts.

Yet another person using 1.1.1.1 that spend the last weeks trying to find a solution. Thanks to you guys for the answer, Garmin would never have been able to fix it. Switched to 9.9.9.9 and all is well…

I have the same problem. I even got the ant + module to configure the scale but still can't complete the configuration. This seems like a problem with sending data to garmin servers. Until recently, everything worked correctly - now the scale is useless.

Same here. Last connection was on 12th of March. Trying to reset and reconfigure the device fails here in the Connect mobile app under details with device registration failes "HTTP_INTERNAL_ERROR_500".

I could fix it killing the android connect mobile app and restart initialisation process. Scale now connects again.

I am also having issues that the scale is not connecting to Wi-Fi anymore.

all worked fine until about three weeks ago when it started to get unreliable. Some mornings establishing Wi-Fi connection works, other mornings it doesn’t, and increasingly often it does not work anymore.

I have done a full reset and re-connected to Wi-Fi, but the issue still persists.
