Version 13.10 - Missing Vo2 Max or Performance Condition

thx a lot this worked fine for me! I retrofited to 12.20! also a friend since he updated his 1030 then he lost physical conditions and vo2 computation. Before retrofiting, perform a backup of your configuration support.garmin.com/.../

Hi Garmin,

it is not acceptable your silence on this issue for a major feature of Garmin 1030!! Otherwise we can just use a smartphone and get rid of your faulty and buggy devices!!

we are not alpha/beta testers but your customers! shame on you to let us struggling with our 1030!

Ps: same case for a friend, he performed the update installation and excatly the same result!!! 

I had also the same issue, I made an hard reset then My garmin restarted and asked again for the retrofit then this second time it actually started to install 12.20, before backup your settings and so on

Same here. No Performance Condition or Training Status on Edge 1030 and Garmin Connect. 

Please report it to Garmin Support, many of us in this thread already have. The more people who who do this the better. Garmin do not monitor this forum so unless they get direct reports to support the issue doesn't appear severe even though it's driving us all crazy and it shouldn't happen to expensive technology like this, Garmin have broken their software in version 13.10. They were totally unaware of this until users started reporting it, which worries me and is putting me off buying any more of their products.

If you look back through this thread there is a method to roll back to version 12.20 which is what I've done (no thanks to Garmin support). 

We're still waiting for an official response from Garmin weeks on from this problem which is pathetic.

Same issue.  Updated to SW 13.10 from SW 12.20 about 3 weeks ago, and now Performance Condition/VO2Max is broken.  I contacted Garmin Support and will wait to hear back from them.  Thanks to all who have done the same to get Garmin focused on the fix.

There is now an open ticket in Garmin Support for this problem.  If you contact them, they will ask you for a copy of Garmin folder from your device as well as some screenshots

They had mine 2 weeks ago, it's irrelevant what's on our individual devices, the fault is with the software load 13.10. I've rolled mine back to 12.20 and all functionality has returned. I don't think I'll ever update it again at this rate.

I've lost confidence in Garmin, if any of the competition like Wahoo had the same fitness tracking I'd switch.
