Version 13.10 - Missing Vo2 Max or Performance Condition

Ever sine I loaded V13.10 a couple of days ago,I have lost Performance Condition. It no longer shows in my ride summaries on Garmin Connect ( website and Android are both missing). Nor do I get a Performance condition indication on the 1030 which usually happens in the first 8 minutes. Also today, for the first time in 2 years, the 1030 turned off after about 1hr 10 min s into the ride.

    We are aware of this and actively investigating the cause of the problem. I will update here when I have more information. I apologize for any inconvenience has caused.

    Hi all,
    All values have been back for a few days. Before, everything was missing exactly as described here. I have no idea why and why. Just remind me that I once reset the HR settings in Garmin Connect. But whether that's why it works again ???

    Really? You have an Edge 1030 running version 13.10 and performance condition is being recorded in your activities and VO2 Max is being updated?

    Hrmmmm. I've just tried the same on my v13.10 1030 with no luck. I reset the heart settings for the device in Garmin Connect, re-synch'd the device and it's still the same. I'll check whether this remains the same after recording my next activity.

    sorry, I'm almost embarrassed, but it is the way it is. I checked that for a few days before I dared write this information here. In the last 20 days I recorded about 25 activities with my 1030 and synchronized them several times with GarminExpress via usb on the mac. GE mobil sent all activities to GarminConnect and from there to Strava. The latter certainly doesn't matter. I'm curious to see why it works for me again. Took a few screenshots to be on the safe side ....

    I remember that there are a lot of * .tmp files permanently in the Garmin NewFiles folder. At some point in the period in question, I deleted them all by hand on the mac.

    Please post if you also have luck with the posted workaround. This will aid us tracking down a permanent fix.

    Hello Garmin-Blake,
    Since it works for me, you may be interested in data from my Edge 1030 - please, if you want.
    Question: In my Garmin Express today, 4 x biometrics data are available for updating under Update for other elements. Can't remember anything like it in the past. I am concerned whether everything will work as before after the update and I am waiting for your solution to the problem.

    My workaround is still working, running 12.2
