I can't remember getting one on the watch but looking into connect I see entries on the 28th (intervals) and the 21st (LTH test).
So yeah, no clue anymore with this watch... If things are recorded, when they are, if it's done properly.
Might as well buy some dice and roll those when I want some nr, freaking hell...
And are you running hard enough for the lactate threshold to be recorded?
Can you post your 6 month lactate threshold chart? Mine is like this at the moment, but I had the flu and yesterday I went for an easy run after a long time.
Is that just me showing complete ***? After the first runs, my lactate threshold was 163. Then it disappeared and returned to the default value of 162. It does not show any pace.
