I just reviewed the last few rounds and realised that the autoshot also only captured some of the holes played and not the full round. So 11.12 firmware is also not working properly, initially I thought that it was something I was doing but looks like this FR955 is really a crappy watch. Should have just stuck with my original 945 model
I am surprised by the bad support service that garmin has. I did not expect!! I opened a ticket a week ago, and I'm still waiting. I will share what they tell me.
Yup it's not great. I opened a ticket and they just directed me to the manual.
I was hoping it would be fixed with the latest software update but no such luck.

I updated my watch today in Ireland, will be playing golf tomorrow so hopefully it's resolved

I just got 14.17 so we good be onto a winner.

14.17 Doesn´t work either. Garmin doesn´t seem intereseted at all on fixing this issue. It´s really frustating that a company as big as this one hasn´t been able to give us a solution. Definitely Apple is a much better company that care for the costumers.
