GCM: 7-Day Load not displaying (No data available)

Hi,

in Garmin Connect (Android) I go:

Menu->Performance Stats->Training Status

There click on "Load". Here I see my "Exercise Load" as bars, and the activities below. But if I click to "7-Day Load" tab, I get:

No data available.

Training load is the sum of your exercise load scores from the past 7 days. It's rated low, optimal or high based on your fitness level and training history.

Have now been using my 945 for outdoor runs for more than 4 weeks, running most days. First run on the 945 was on 2019-05-23, so I have now just over 4 weeks of full running data. It should be enough to calculate a 7 day load?

I had 935 before.

And I have very mixed feelings about 945 being improvement over 935 :(

Let me know if this feature works for you or not, and how many weeks of training you have put in so far.

I've had my 945 since May 2nd and I don't have that data in GCM either.

Android. If I would have been using iOS, would not have even checked that out as the person starting the thread mentioned Android.

I don't know why your's is displaying data then. I have the current load on my watch, but no history in GCM for the 7 day load no matter how far back I look.

on iOS you can select a device from the Training Status screen, above the line that says Current 4w 12w etc

Do you have similar on Android and have you selected 945?

I think you found a bug. I have the 945 selected. It's showing my current load, but no 7 day history. When I switch to my 935, it's showing "no status" for load, but I have the 7 day history even though I haven't worn my 935 in 3 weeks. I also have my 945 set as my preferred device. Any ideas how to correct this?

Six hours later, I decided to restart my phone. Now I have my current load and 7 day load displayed for both my 935 and 945. Must have been some kind of glitch with GCM and restarting my phone corrected it.

Did you have some other watch that might have "unlocked" this view in the past or as current device? For me, the 945 is the first watch that has this feature, maybe if you had e.g. a 935 before then it will work?
