Heart rate data not syncing from Connect to Strava

My heart rate data is not syncing from Garmin Connect to Strava. I am using Garmin HRM-Dual and connecting to my Fenix 5 Plus. Heart rate data is synced from watch to Connect, but not from Connect to Strava.

Are you using ANT+ to connect to your Fenix 5?

Yes I am using ANT+ and my HRM-Dual and Fenix 5 Plus are pairing fine. HR data is syncing to Garmin Connect just fine, but it is not transferring the HR data to Strava.

Suggest reestablishing the connection between Garmin and Strava - Garmin not syncing with strava

Someone else had this issue recently and was able to resolve it this way - Heart rate data not being sent to Strava
