Garmin HRM-Dual not working

Garmin HRM-Dual not working after less that 1 year. Should i change the battery? The spec states battery should last about 2-3 years. Any advice?

Mine show 72bpm and stop.. done this procedure and now doesn't connect to my edge.

I totally agree with you. I don't know how many times I have reset the HRM only for it to happen again.

Garmin need to take responsibility for this issue

Stil not working. Polar h9 was 100 times better than this one. Always not connecting i did everything that I could. Sometimes it s on sometimes(most of the times!!) not connecting Frustrating as k

Stopped working in less than 1 year. Reset + new battery does not work. First it shows only 72bpm, then Edge Explore 2 randomly shows heart rate for short amount of time and then just stops showing it even HRM stays connected. Phone does now find HRM at all anymore.

This product is pure trash.

No, cannot confirm that.
I own a HRM Dual since around four years and use it on a regular basis. Changed battery 3 or 4 times and it is still working fine.

Maybe there is a problem with some batches...
