This update can be downloaded with Garmin Express or automatically with Garmin Connect Mobile (pending rollout).

I do not agree. The Vivo Active 4 offers us the VO2Max, therefore you should also report our training status.
The Forerunner range includes all the features of the VA4, so do the same with the current Vivo…

So...any plans to fix stuff that people have been complaining about for literally years? Like better sleep tracking and PulseOx?

I solved my GPS/battery drain issue. For Google/Android - looks like the Connect app needs to be granted location privileges. Thinking back I the app asked me for location access after the last GPS firmware…

I got my VA4 approximately 2 months ago. After about a week, I updated to 4.70. The watch started disconnecting from my iPhone once I close the Connect app. I sent the watch back, and it was replaced with a new unit..... which does exactly the same.

My wife has a VA3, and she is not having this issue. So frustrating! Maybe I need to (downgrade?) go back to a VA3, or get something else.

Please Garmin, sort out this Bluetooth problem.
