2.4Ghz Wifi 0200 error

Hi,

I try to use my 2.4Ghz wifi network for downloading my Spotify play list to my VA4. Despite the Wifi test in the Garmin Connect app succeeds everytime I try to download my play list, a system update or to attempt to connect to my wifi network from within the wifi settings of my VA4 I am getting a wifi 0200 error. I tried to change the wifi mode in my router from mixed to 802.11n, g and b. But that did not help. The ssid is broadcasted and the router that I have is a LinkSys EA8500.

The firmware version of my VA4 is 3.40.

Can someone help me?

A day later everything works. I think it was a duplicate IP lease.

Also having this issue on multiple networks. Been 24 hours now but haven't been able to fix it. Rebooting the retour / modem doesn't help either.

Because I am the topic starter I tried again today. The VA4 is still able to connect with my wifi network. Maybe you could try to connect the VA4 to the wifi of your phone in hotspot mode. After I did that I was able to connect to my home wifi as well.

I have a Nokia 9 PureView by the way.

Same issue here, Testing the wifi connection through the connect app results in the watch connecting to the wifi. (both home wifi as phone pairing) when asking Spotify to download a playlist it start searching for wifi networks ending up with error 0200.

I am having similar issues. Watch will connect to all WiFi spots in setup/test mode ok but will only download Amazon music from selected Wifi spots.

You are welcome. Too bad it did not work out for you. Hopefully Garmin can shed some light here.
